Repairmyphoto turns a photo you upload into an artistic portrait using AI. You can generate and preview portraits for free; downloads and physical prints are paid products.

You agree that you will only upload photos that:

• you own or have permission to use; and
• show people who have consented to being depicted.

Do not upload photos of public figures or third parties without their consent, or any content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or harmful. You are responsible for the content you upload.

You keep all rights to the photo you upload. When you purchase a portrait, you receive a license to use the generated artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes such as printing, gifting, and sharing. For commercial use, contact us first. You grant us permission to process your photo only as needed to create your portrait and run the service.

Portraits are generated by an AI model, so results vary and are inherently interpretive. We aim to preserve likeness, but we cannot guarantee an exact resemblance. Because you preview every portrait for free before buying, you decide whether a result meets your expectations before any purchase.

Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds and print replacements are governed by our Refunds & Replacements policy. Fine art prints are made to order; shipping times are estimates and may vary.

Do not misuse the service — including attempting to bypass usage limits, disrupt the platform, or use it to create misleading, defamatory, or unlawful imagery. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service or a portrait is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
