Shipping & Ordering

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Every order starts with a free, watermarked preview. Once you're happy with it and purchase, here's what to expect.

Digital downloads

Delivered instantly. After checkout you'll get a link to download your full high-resolution, watermark-free portrait, plus a copy sent to your email. Our digital files look great printed anywhere from 8×12” up to 24×36” — for the sharpest result, print at 300 DPI.

Fine art prints

• Made to order and ship in 5–8 days within the USA, 7–14 days internationally.
• Every print and canvas ships free within the USA; shipping to other countries is calculated at checkout.
• As soon as your print ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
• We ship worldwide.

Placing an order

Generate a free preview first, in any of our styles, so you know exactly what you're getting before you pay. When you're ready, choose a digital download, a fine art print or a gallery canvas — every print and canvas includes the digital file.

Problem with an order?

If a print arrives damaged, defective, or never arrives, or a digital download fails to deliver, see our Refunds & Replacements policy for how we make it right.
