• The photo you upload and the portrait generated from it.
• A device ID stored in your browser so you can see your own past creations.
• Your IP address, used for security and to apply fair-use limits.
• Your email address and order details, if you make a purchase or contact us.

We use your data only to generate your portrait, deliver and support your order, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your photos or personal information.

Uploaded photos are sent to our AI image provider solely to create your portrait. Watermarked previews are stored so you can revisit them from the same device, and are removed automatically after a limited retention period. Clean, high-resolution files are provided to you on purchase.

We store a device ID in your browser’s local storage to link you to your creations. We may use privacy- respecting analytics and advertising measurement (such as a Meta pixel) to understand how the site is used and how visitors find us. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser storage.

Previews and associated generation records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and are then deleted. Order and billing records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To delete a specific creation, include your Repairmyphoto ID (available in the site footer) or the image ID. We will honor valid requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Email us with the subject “Privacy request” and tell us what you would like us to do (access, correct, or delete). To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity or ownership of the account or device before acting on a request.
